- Commercial vehicle registration details (RC, insurance, fitness, permit certificates).
- Driver identification and commercial driving licence records.
- Odometer readings, GPS coordinates, and fuel pump receipt logs.
- Freight invoices, toll deductions, and maintenance work orders.

All business records are stored within an enterprise MySQL relational database architecture with row-level role-based access control (RBAC). Your operational data is isolated and strictly protected from unauthorized third-party access.

User passwords are encrypted with industry-standard bcrypt hashing. Application sessions communicate exclusively through TLS 1.3 encrypted connections.
